Mr. Peter Tay has a distinguished career in both the private and public sectors and is intimately familiar with business development in ASEAN. Mr. Tay is an executive with the Lippo Group of Indonesia through his position as an Executive Vice President in the Auric Pacific Group, a conglomerate dealing with foods and property development. He is the founder of TPS Secretariat, a Singapore company assisting clients in corporate finance, venture capital and business restructuring. He sits on the board of various companies including L&M Group (Singapore listed property company); Sim Lim International Holdings, a Singapore and Hong Kong listed conglomerate dealing with hi tech incubation, property development and Chinese investments and Seaunion Holdings Limited, a Hong Kong main board listed company dealing in shipping. As a provider of corporate services under TPS, he is a director in several other listed and private companies in Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong and Australia. Mr. Tay holds a BBA and MBA from the national University of Singapore with Honors. He is the Chairman of the International Resource Panel, NUS Business School, and a member of the Advisory Board, NUS Business School at the National University of Singapore. He is also a Chartered Secretary, Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators, UK. He is currently a Director and Managing Partner with Tomlinson Global Access Group taking care of development in Southeast Asia. |
